Construction Begins on Blue Diamond Expansion

How quickly can I finish this course?
The great thing about this course is that you can work at your own pace. No one is sitting over your shoulder making you slow down or speed up. Everyone reads at different speeds, and this program will allow you to proceed at your own pace with no time maximum for the program. The program is required to be timed. However, the advantage is you can log off and on the program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long does it take to get the certificate?
The Court will be notified of your course graduation within 2 business days after completion. If you would like, a copy of the certificate can be e-mailed to you.

Does the course cost anything?
It costs $35.50 to attend our Traffic School. However, we offer many discounts and if you have a promo code, be sure to enter it for the lowest price available.

How can I pay for the course?
You can pay for the course either by credit card or by check debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Check debit cards are those issued by your bank that link directly to your checking account. As long as the card has a Visa or Mastercard symbol on it, it will work just like a credit card. After you fill out the registration form, you will be linked to a completely secure credit card page where you can pay quickly and effortlessly. The site is encrypted to make your online purchase safe.

What if my deadline for completion of the traffic school has passed?
Contact your court directly for instructions regarding the extension of your due date.

How do I register for this course?
Click here and be taken to the online registration page. Complete all the appropriate fields and begin the course whenever you wish

Must I complete this course in one sitting?
No.  This course is designed for the person who does not have a lot of time. It is broken up into twelve (12) sections. You can complete as many sections as you wish then log off, and then log back on at a later time, and the computer will record the section you have completed. You can do this as many times as you need until you complete the program or you can do it in one sitting.

I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?
If you have already enrolled, you have a username and password. You may re-enter those codes on our home page where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, call us or use our online retrieval section, which will email your password to the address on file. 

I just got knocked off line in the middle of a section. What do I do now?
Many Internet users are knocked off line frequently. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your own computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Completion of chapter one, for example, cannot be lost if your answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked off line at that point, will only bring you back to the start of the next chapter, it will not delete chapter one. Our website is unable to control your Internet connection, and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your Internet service provider.

Are there any special computer or download requirements to participate in the course?
Not at all, our user friendly website is built for simplicity and is compatible with any operating system or browser.

What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?
You may take the final as many times as you need without having to pay a retake fee. If you fail, you are required to wait four (4) hours before you can retake the final, but you may review the material during that time.
